- We provide medication (related to comfort/disease) medical equipment and comfort supplies, including oxygen, wheelchairs, specialty beds, mattresses, and Broda chairs, tailored to each patient's needs.

- Massachusetts Medical Orders for Life-Sustaining Treatment (MOLST) form is a medical order form that relays information about your wishes to health care professionals
- Addressed in this from is: Resuscitation, Intubation, Transferring to the hospital, Artificial Hydration, Artificial Nutrition, Dialysis

- It is important to have a Health Care Proxy Form in place, especially in MA. If you do not have a Health Care Proxy Form in place and you become incapacitated, you will become a guardian of the state.
- A Health Care Proxy is a person who will HONOR all of your wishes when you cannot make them yourself

- No. Hospice care is about living as fully and comfortably as possible, even with declining health.
- It’s a decision focused on your well-being, and you remain in control—you can choose to start, continue treatment, or change your mind anytime.
