Our Guide to Hospice Care

Picture
Patient & Family Guide

Here you will find our very own patient and family guide that is provided to everyone who chooses to utilize our services.

This guide will help to educate you on the overall quality of our services provided to the patients and families that are facing a life limiting illness.

New England Hospice offers additional resources such as education, nurturing support and guidance to assist during this difficult time.

Bereavement Group Program

New England Hospice offers a close-ended Virtual Group Bereavement Program.

This is an 8-week group program that will run once a week with the same participants. During these virtual group sessions, there will always be facilitators, including New England Hospice Social Workers, guiding the group to help sessions run smoothly.

If you are interested in this program, please complete our Bereavement Program Application, and we will be in contact with you shortly.

Bereavement Support

New England Hospice understands the difficulty some people may face when grieving.

Our team stays in contact with you periodically for as long as needed, offering you the support you need and providing you with information regarding bereavement resources.

Some of our bereavement resources include, but are not limited to, counseling, bereavement support groups, and bereavement literature.

These files offer a broader assortment of bereavement services, aside from our resources and literature that we provide.
