New England Hospice ​Volunteer Application

• Volunteers commit to 4-6 hours per month for 6 months, with full training and support. Visits are scheduled at convenient times. Volunteers are needed any day of the week, mornings to evenings.

Volunteer Eligibility Requirements
To ensure the comfort and privacy of our patients, we kindly ask that volunteers meet the following criteria:

• Must be 18 years of age or older
  
• Cannot currently have a family member or loved one receiving care from New England Hospice
  
• We are unable to accept foreign exchange students at this time
